Coffee decoction - 3/4 cup
Boiling milk - 1/2 cup (+/-)
Palm sugar ( karupatti) - 4 tsp (+/-)
Hot water - 1/4 cup
1. Dilute palm sugar in hot water and strain through strainer to remove impurities.
2. Mix coffee decoction, boiling milk and palm sugar water in a pan.
3. Warm the coffee and serve hot.
